Chigwell Construction is successful in securing the tender for the refurbishment of a Science block at Wanstead High School.
Value in excess of 1 million pounds.
The project is due to start 17th June and runs for approx 10 weeks.
This is to entail, electrical rewire, mechanical heating, hot and cold water systems and new gas supplies. Building works include demolishing old internal walls and flooring and reconstruct and supply and fit new furniture and flooring throughout and decorate.
