With a strong focus on building regulations compliance, sustainability, and long-term value, we work closely with architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure every project is delivered to specification. Our hands-on approach means we maintain full visibility and quality control from groundworks through to final snagging and completion.
All project documentation, progress updates, and compliance records are managed through our BigChange platform, giving clients full transparency and real-time access throughout the build programme.

Dace Road, London E3
The development comprises 144 apartments across four blocks, including 20 affordable, 90 shared ownership and 34 private units. CWC supplied and installed aluminium windows and doors, commercial doors, cladding, pressings and fire-rated windows, helping deliver a safe, contemporary finish.
Fitzroy Place, Blackmore
A thoughtfully designed new development that reflects the rich heritage and unique character of this picturesque Essex village. Created in close collaboration with the local community, this carefully considered scheme will provide a lasting and distinctive addition to Blackmore for generations to come.
Timberland Farm, Doddinghurst
Chigwell Developments secured planning permission for four dwellings on this previously developed Green Belt site. Following approval, the site was successfully developed and the completed homes were sold.
Moor Hall Road, Old Harlow

Case Studies
Land to the East of High Road, Thornwood
This Green Belt site was promoted through the Epping Forest DC local plan, receiving an allocation for 38 dwellings with planning then achieved for 62. Once consented, the site was sold to Weston Homes for in excess of £10m.
Timberland Farm, Solid Lane, Doddinghurst
Planning achieved for four detached bungalows in the Green Belt on a former farm. Construction completed in 2022 and every dwelling has sold.
Land East of Ongar Road, Abridge
Planning secured for two five bedroom detached homes in the Green Belt, achieved outside the local plan process using the limited infilling in villages policy.
The Rookeries, Nine Ashes
What remained of a derelict dairy farm was demolished and remediated, with planning secured for eight spacious four bedroom family homes delivered on a nine month programme.
Land to the North of Forest Drive, Theydon Bois
Promoted through the Epping Forest DC local plan under an option agreement signed in 2015. Of three draft Green Belt allocations in Theydon Bois, this was the only site to retain its allocation through to adoption.
Land South of Redrose Lane, Blackmore
Promoted through the Brentwood Borough Council local plan under a 2016 option agreement. Draft allocated for 30 homes in 2018, then formally allocated for 40 in 2022 after evidencing the additional capacity with officers and highways.
