Founded in Essex in 1996 by Dean Floyd, Chigwell Construction has grown into a trusted construction and property services contractor, employing more than 370 professionals and delivering projects across London and the South East.
Today, we work in partnership with property developers, housing associations, local authorities, central government bodies, and blue-chip organisations, providing high-quality construction, refurbishment, maintenance, and regeneration solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
