In November 2013 Chigwell Construction secured the Installation of Timber Sash Windows in a listed building on behalf of Origin Housing. This followed a competitive tendering exercise and works begin in April 2014, following an extensive leaseholder consultation process. The contract is worth in excess of £1m and demands meticulous planning and execution – something Chigwell Managers excel in demonstrating.
