Chigwell Group, one of the South East’s leading companies for delivering quality repairs and maintenance services for housing associations and local authorities is delighted to announce that we have been awarded two new prestigious contracts worth £7m per annum.
The first is with Mount Green Housing Association and includes:
• Day to day responsive repairs
• Emergency call outs
• Voids
• Decent Homes, internal and external refurbishments
– Including kitchens, bathrooms, windows and external decoration.
Mount Green was established in 1962 and is an independent housing association with homes in and around Surrey. They own and manage approximately 1,500 homes, offering a range of affordable, quality houses, maisonettes, bungalows and flats to both rent or buy.
The contract is for an interim 18 months and will be worth around £5m.
The second contract is with London Borough Of Barnet:
Chigwell Group will provide the back up to their internal Direct Labour Organisation, DLO. The contract which commenced in June 2020 covers:
• Voids
• Day to day responsive repairs
• Major works and dis-repair cases
The 5 year contract has a value circa £2m per annum plus.
