I just wanted to thank Chigwell via your efficient Customer Service Call Centre for repairing a leak in Beare Green!
I had a lady at 51 Willow Close, Beare Green with a leaky bathroom that was dripping through into the living area and the damp was getting near to the electric ceiling light, she felt it should be instantly repaired when the nearest date offered was Thursday. (Which I thought was reasonable – only she didn’t which is why I got called).
Thanks to a plea from myself to prioritise her, and a really helpful lady at Chigwell – who carefully reviewed her bookings – Tracey’s leak was dealt with on first visit by Darren and Chris who we found had a cancelled appointment on the afternoon of my call.
Fantastic.
I am so grateful that this resident was over the moon!
