Good morning Chigwell colleagues

Since Chigwell has become our repairs provider there has been a steady improvement with how staff and more importantly residents view the service. Over the past 2 months since you 4 folks have taken on the management of the service, performance has reached another level. Customer satisfaction was 88% last month (MG is the data source) that is excellent.

• Voids are getting turned around quickly and we are getting through the backlog

• Staff can call you to make enquiries in the knowledge that they will get quick and accurate responses

• Residents are remarking that operatives are friendly, turn up on time and get the job done first time

The relationships between Mount Green and Chigwell are strengthening and confidence in your all-round delivery is growing .

Our residents and staff deserve to have a very fine repairs service. You have gone a long way to delivering that, please don’t take your foot off the gas. As a collective we have more to do and that is a really good position. It is so good to seek ways to be better and we will do that together.

I personally want to thank you all and please convey my thanks to the Op’s and anyone who I may have inadvertently missed. I really appreciate all you are doing to provide us with a good service.
