Chigwell London PLC is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the contract for City of London Housing Responsive Repairs Maintenance and Voids.
The contracts, which are split into two lots are both for five years and commenced on 1st April 2025. Lot one is for the Repair and Maintenance of London Social Housing stock including voids and lot two for the repair and maintenance of Barbican Estate including voids
Worth £14,310,000 in total lot one has a value of £8,840,000 and lot two £5,470,000 both for the full duration of the contracts.
