Chigwell Construction is pleased to have secured the Enfield Council Voids 2026 Contract, another milestone in our expanding public sector portfolio.
The 36-month contract, valued at £1.5 million, will see our team deliver comprehensive void property works across Enfield Council’s housing stock, helping to bring vacant homes back to a lettable standard in line with Enfield’s Voids Lettable Standard.
The works will include property clearance, repairs, testing and compliance checks, component replacements, cleaning, and associated pre-void and post-void activities, ensuring homes are ready for residents quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Dean Floyd, Chairman of Chigwell Group, said:
“We are extremely proud to continue building strong partnerships with local authorities such as Enfield Council. This contract award reflects Chigwell Construction’s growing reputation for excellence, reliability, and consistently delivering solutions that meet our clients’ needs. The continued success we are seeing in this sector is a testament to the hard work, expertise, and dedication of our teams.”
