Chigwell Group PLC can announce another significant council contract win for us this week. We’ve now secured the Planned Internal Works Contract for Kitchens and Bathrooms with Hackney Council via the Fusion21 Framework’s ‘Building Improvement Works’ programme.
The contract, valued at circa £4 million over a potential 24-month period commencing in 2026, forms part of Hackney Council’s ongoing investment into its capital improvement programmes across its housing stock.
As part of the delivery strategy, Hackney Council placed significant importance on appointing both local SME contractors alongside larger organisations — recognising the positive impact this approach has on local communities, residents, and businesses.
Chigwell Group PLC will deliver planned kitchen and bathroom improvement works, continuing our commitment to providing high-quality, resident-focused solutions within the public sector.
Dean Floyd, Chairman of Chigwell Group PLC, commented:
“This is yet another major council contract win announcement for us this week and further demonstrates how our continued focus, investment, and resolution within the public sector housing sector is reaping rewards. We are proud to be strengthening our partnerships with local authorities and delivering projects that make a genuine difference to communities and residents.”
This award further strengthens Chigwell Group’s expanding public sector portfolio and reinforces our reputation for quality, reliability, and collaborative delivery.
