Chigwell Group, one of the South East’s leading company’s for delivering quality repairs and maintenance services for housing associations and local authorities is delighted to announce that they have won a new contract worth £1.7m per annum.
Awarded by Tandridge District Council, the contract covers the renewal of kitchens and bathrooms in occupied or void properties and is for a period of three years, until April 2025.
Tandridge is a local government district in Surrey, containing part of the North Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, part of the Weald and the towns of Warlingham, Caterham, Oxted, Godstone and Lingfield.
