Chigwell Construction’s All Trade Responsive Repairs division ensures that planned and responsive social housing repairs are carried out on behalf of a number of Housing Associations, Social Housing providers and ALMOs swiftly and effectively with excellent communication and minimal disruption to residents.

Our 24-hour impromptu maintenance and repair service runs 365 days a year across various locations in the South-East. With a maximum 2-hour response time, and a sharp focus on residents’ safety and comfort, we aim to achieve high levels of resident satisfaction.

TENANT SATISFACTION MEASURES

From Autumn 2024 publication of the ‘Tenant Satisfaction Measures’ data by the Regulator of Social Housing will commence. Tenants for the first time will have visibility on their landlord’s measured performance and will be empowered to hold social housing landlords to account as to whether the standards of accommodation, services and respectful treatment that residents deserve are being delivered.
