And our extensive experience has taught us that a modern adaptations service needs to form part of a joined-up approach across a wide range of disciplines so that customers, carers and their families benefit from a fast, seamless and co-ordinated service with the minimum of disruption. Working with our Housing Associations and Local Authority clients, we therefore always aim to provide a highly positive and unobtrusive service for our Adaptations customers, facilitating independent living and improved quality of life measures.

Whether our customers are provided a short-term alternative place to stay if it is not feasible to occupy the property during the adaptation works, or that tenants remain in situ in their home, we put together a plan that best suits the tenant’s needs all the while ensuring that we improve our customers’ long-term living standards by meeting all their personalised needs as laid out in the occupational therapy (OT) assessment report.
