Whether our customers are provided a short-term alternative place to stay if it is not feasible to occupy the property during the adaptation works, or that tenants remain in situ in their home, we put together a plan that best suits the tenant’s needs all the while ensuring that we improve our customers’ long-term living standards by meeting all their personalised needs as laid out in the occupational therapy (OT) assessment report.
