Just thought I’d update you on Janna.
Following her first treatment, Janna became very ill. The treatment was very aggressive and was more than Janna could take. In light of this, they proceeded with a different, radiotherapy type treatment and this was much less aggressive.
Janna has had a few treatments now and, following recent scans, her consultant has told her the tumour has shrunk “significantly”. She is continuing with this treatment and, fingers crossed, will see even better results. She still has to fundraise but, I believe, doesn’t need such huge sums for each treatment.
So, just want to say thank you to you and your Chigwell Group colleagues for your generous donation, it helped Janna’s fundraising enormously.
